Telecom Project Coordinator in Pyramid Network Services

Job Overview:
The Site Acquisition Coordinator provides administrative and coordinating support in a very important role of the project team for Pyramid Network Services, LLC. This person works with internal and external parties to organize the various components needed to initiate, run, and conclude major projects.

Site Acquisition Project Coordinator Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate project budgets, coordinate PO issuance and tracking;
Coordinate project schedule database, daily updates and reports as required
for each assigned project
Provide project scheduling and Purchase Order reports in a timely fashion, in an accurate manner and consistent with company standards and/or client’s standards.
Utilize Project Management and Project Database software for tracking the status of development projects and document/deliverables receipt and acceptance.
Participation in multiple project development calls and meetings to discuss project schedules and adjust forecast timelines as per management direction.
Work with Site Acquisition to update Pyramid Trackers
Provide daily updates with team accomplished milestones
Scan and Upload documents
Input candidate information
Process and ship packages
Assist others as needed, including but not limited to special projects.

Telecom Project Coordinator Skills and Qualifications:
Education and/or Experience
Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Travel/Time Commitment
A commitment is required to attend weekly construction meetings. Overtime may be required based on workload and job completion schedules.
