Lead Telecom & Network Engineer – I have a role that is looking for someone to work in a fast paced hardworking installation role.
This position is working for a specialist systems integrator who works in the Gym / Hotel market and they now seek someone to hit the ground running. You will be tasked to do:
Installation, Configuration & Programming of Avaya Enterprise & SMB Solutions throughout the UK & possibly Europe
Support of legacy TDM systems. In the main Samsung, Siemens & Telrad
Knowledge of Avaya call centre packages. If not Training will be provided
Installation, Commissioning and Support of, Cisco and Extreme Networks Switches & Networks. If not Training will be provided
Professional installation, commissioning and training for all supported products, always going the extra mile to ensure the client is completely satisfied.
Liaising with clients and ensuring their needs are completely fulfilled, responding to their requests and requirements quickly and professionally
Maintenance Support for all Telecom and Network solutions
Training our existing engineering resource and passing on your existing and gained knowledge
Maintaining your knowledge and skills so that you are aware of and can support new products and services as they become available
Cat5/6/6a Termination knowledge
Fibre Termination knowledge
Coaxial network termination knowledge
Access control installation and configuration i.e. magnetic locks, door intercoms, card readers etc.
Technical resource during the pre-sales stage of opportunities
