Job Description
The incumbent will have overall responsibility for the finance, accounting, reporting, cost accounting, budgeting, cash management, and internal control functions.
Reviewing the processes and procedures in the finance areas and systems, and recommending upgrades and enhancements to the existing accounting function to meet future growth and expansion plans
Prepare financial statement company with Listing rule and prepare consolidated financial statement
To ensure compliance with Listing rules in Hong Kong
Lead a team and provide high quality operation support to the division and identify opportunities to enhance profitability.
Manage the on-time and accurate performance of all finance and accounting activities.
Keep management informed of all important financial issues and ensure compliance with all applicable governmental statutes and regulations
Provide input and advice to management on financial decisions
Deal with internal and/or outside financial auditors.
Providing regular training to the local staff and coaching the finance team in order to achieve people development objectives
Experienced & responsible in PRC taxation and supply chain process is a MUST.
The Person:
Qualified accountant with membership of CICPA or equivalent with a Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is a mus
Minimum 10 years of financial management experience with at least 5 years at managerial level
At least 3 years or more of relevant audit work experience in one of the Big Four auditing firms is highly desirable
