Teijin Expands Aramid Yarn Production Facility
Leading Aramid yarn manufacturer Teijin Limited had announced the expansion of its manufacturing capacity of Technora® para-aramid fiber by 10%. The capacity increase will be done at Teijin’s Matsuyama Factory in Japan. Construction of the facility begins this June at a cost of 1.5 billion Japanese Yen and the operation is slated to begin from October 2017.
