We are currently seeking multiple enthusiastic and experienced Fibre Supervisors for permanent full time positions for our operations in Western Australia. We offer an attractive salary and vehicle for these roles and the opportunity to be part of the Fulton

Within this role you will have the following responsibilities:
Supervising and managing a team of specialist Fibre technicians over multiple sites
Daily liaison with body corporates and other project stakeholders
Calculating and monitoring daily cost of resources and working to target budgets for your scope of work
Leading the JSEA implementation, conducting environmental risk assessments and preparation of method statements for your area of responsibility
Preparing a weekly program and practical short term programs
The successful applicant for the position will have the following skill sets:
Ideally a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Supervisor ideally progressing from a Splicer/Jointer background
A strong understanding of fibre splicing and testing (essential)
Fault finding, diagnosis and rectification
Read fibre traces and identify issues within the fibre run
Advance knowledge of the rules and specs related to fibre and copper hauling
An understanding and knowledge of the existing network architecture (pits, cables, pipes etc.)
Strong management capabilities with the ability to lead from the front
A collaborative and diligent attitude to project delivery and commitment to promoting a friendly team environment on site
Proven commitment to promoting safety, quality and environment compliance on site
