Experience & Qualification:
Degree in a Telecommunications or equivalent. Experience in preparing/checking instrument/telecoms deliverables with at least 10 years experience in detailed engineering, FEED oil&gas project.

Responsibilities:
Prepare specs for telecom systems and field devices. Liase with vendors to determine correctness of vendor product or gathering information for design engineering. Review and check deliverables for completeness & correctness. Assists in proposal preparation & cost estimation. Attend technical discussions with client, vendors & 3rd parties.
