Exel Galaxy Technology Services Pty Ltd is currently looking an experienced Project Manager to join our existing team in constructing revolutionary fibre optic & copper networks throughout Australia.

As part of the Exel Galaxy team based in Mulgrave Victoria, you will be responsible for the day to day management and administration of teams constructing the telco networks in Australia, which may include but not be limited to the following responsibilities:
Management of project’s to meet client satisfaction, schedule and budget.
Supervision and reporting of employees and contractors to maximise quality, productivity and performance.
Procurement, vetting and on-boarding of new contractors, staff and crews.
Implement training and inductions of all employees and contractors.
Implementing and maintaining Safety, Environmental & Quality Management Systems in compliance with client requirements, legislative requirements and relevant standards.
Providing education, training and support to employees and subcontractors in the field of Safety, Environmental & Management Systems.
Work with all employees and contractors to ensure a safe and risk controlled environment.
Assist Line Management in accident or incident investigation.
Review and update as required SMWS and JSA documents ensuring currency of legal requirements and correct procedures.
You will have/ or be willing to achieve the following training requirements:
Project Management experience essential.
Previous experience in Telecommunications Industry essential.
Field Management experience essential.
Civil Construction, Pit & Pipe experience essential.
Qualifications in Safety Management &/or Workplace Health & Safety preferred.
Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy.
High level of organization and time management ability.
