POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
The Project Manager leads and supports services delivery program and potentially the planning, design, development, and/or support of the implementation of a complete business solution, applying new or advanced technologies. Manages projects, resources and meets client expectations. Has total accountability for the Project success and client communications to include reporting. Responsibilities also include cost management, looking at areas of potential savings as well as revenue growth and business development. The Project Manager has the ability to manage or oversee a recovery project. Responsible for mentoring project team members across reporting lines to include working with technical team members. The Project manager is highly skilled with and performing, planning project start-up, risk planning and mitigation, process project delivery development and documentation. This person must have excellent communication (verbal/written) skills both at the project team level and at the executive client level Manages all aspects of post-sales implementation of project (on-time, within budget, within expectations).
Key Areas of Responsibility include:
Develops Project Binder, which includes Customer Contract, Project Plan, Status Report and Action Items Log
Monitors and controls project
Manages the work of NCR resources, subcontractor personnel, and clients
Manages cost/schedule/resource variances
Performs project status reviews Maintains/expands client relationship
Ensures client expectations are met/exceeded
Establishes client follow-up/monitor process
Conducts final project team review/critique Work Environment
Customer facing – must have excellent communication skills
Team success focus
Works within a project team environment where results will be based on cooperation with and/or influence of others.
Projects are normally within the context of a solution team, internal team, or other NCR business units.
Results Orientation
Focuses on results and success, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure

Job Requirements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Requires Bachelors in related discipline and 5+ years of experience in project management. Will consider additional industry experience in lieu of degree.
5 years leading projects within Information Technology
5 years experience managing projects in Networking Solution Delivery
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Previous Work Experience: Telecommunications and Deployment experience
PMP, PMI, or Agile Scrum Certification
