Our client, a recognised player in the IT&T industry, is currently seeking a Fibre Designer who will be responsible for the end-to-end-delivery of the FTTx designs. It is a permanent opportunity, Melbourne based.
Key responsiblities:
- Delivering Detail Design in Spatial.Net
- Making Construction Plans
- Managing Project Costing (BOM/BOQ)
- Managing contact with stakeholders regarding any objections and other issues
- Reporting to Design Manager and Project Manager
- Implementing safety protocols in relation to the designs
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience working with Fibre designs
- Knowledge and experience working with Spatial.Net and Auto CAD
- Knowledge of ‘safety in design’ principles
- Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
