Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and training.
4-5 years of working knowledge and experience.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Strong computer skills required. Advanced experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.
Advanced Excel experience with the ability to create and manipulate complex graphs and tables, as well as develop and model complex calculations.
Must have prior experience with developing business plans and must be able to demonstrate implementation of plans throughout project lifecycles.
Previous knowledge of telecom equipment and design is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, MIS or Business Administration is preferred.
Experience with WFMT, NDS, FireWorks/BidMaster, TIRKS, SQL, and SharePoint is preferred.
