Genesis Telecom Limited are an independent telecoms company based in Belfast. We offer Hosted telephony, SIP trunks, fixed lines and mobile to a wide range of customers in Northern Ireland, England, and Scotland.
We are looking to grow our customer base in Northern Ireland and require a Business Development Manager to help achieve this.
To apply you will require a minimum of 2 years new business sales experience with a demonstrable track record of new business acquisition and account management. You will possess the drive and commitment to over achieve KPI’s and enjoy the challenge of both personal and professional development within a new business sector.
Ideally you will have some telecommunications based background although consideration will be given to applicants from a technical based sales environment (i.e. IT software, capital equipment etc) with experience of managing and developing accounts with key decision makers.

To achieve individual sales, revenue, and activity targets.
Own the sales cycle from self-lead generation through to closure.
Generate and convert new business opportunities through self-prospecting and cold calling.
Manage the customer base to deliver first class account management with regular review meetings.
Ensure that all accounts have a clear understanding of the product portfolio and pricing structure and to deliver value-added solutions based on customer’s business needs.
Liaise with internal support functions to ensure the smooth management of the billing and administration process for your customer base plus the provision of any supporting sales reports.
Attend sales meetings to provide updates on sales pipeline and market conditions.
Manage the day to day relationships with external parties in support of company objectives.
Drive the satisfactory resolution of customer queries.
